St Agnes Lodge is a CQC-registered residential care service operated by Liberty Trail Care Group. We are a small, specialist home supporting up to 6 adults with complex needs in a safe, therapeutic, and community-focused environment.

Our team is made up of experienced care professionals, registered nurses, support workers, and clinical specialists who are committed to delivering person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care.

We work closely with NHS trusts, local authorities, case managers, families, and individuals to provide tailored support that promotes stability, wellbeing, and meaningful progress.
